Rosie Cataldo

Rosie is a trauma-informed counter-human trafficking consultant and healing practitioner, dedicated to empowering trauma survivors with the tools they need to build resilience and embrace recovery. After a 13-year career in public affairs at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, a local child sex trafficking scheme profoundly impacted her, igniting her mission to create barriers to exploitation, lessen the traumatic impacts of human trafficking, and infuse healing.

Rosie owns Consult Rosie, LLC and works one-on-one with clients including individuals recovering from complex trauma. She consults with Midwest Center for Trauma and Healing in Minneapolis, Minn., assisting with critical care needs and trauma recovery for clients. At the close of 2024, she launched Conduit Path Media, LLC, to produce content that shines a light on dark topics in order to help alleviate them. Rosie volunteers and contracts with anti-human trafficking nonprofits and provides nervous system regulation, healing tools, and training for survivors and the helpers who walk alongside those navigating PTSD.

Backed by a certification from the Association for the Recovery of Children (ARC) in their Fight Child Sex Trafficking Comprehensive Training Course, Rosie’s expertise also includes the Human Trafficking Interdiction Training through the Human Trafficking Training Center. Her most transformative and irreplaceable learnings continue to be through working alongside survivor leaders. They are a never-ending source of inspiration, resilience, and motivation.
